Do you have questions about charging your Morphée?

To charge your Morphée, use a universal micro-USB cable: either the one provided with the device or one from another device you already have at home. You can plug it into a power adapter or directly into a computer.

When Morphée is plugged in while turned off, no indicator light comes on, this is normal. To ensure your Morphée is charging, follow these steps:

- Let your Morphée charge for at least 30 minutes, then unplug it.

- Turn on your device by pressing the on/off button (the LED should light up).

- Plug your Morphée back into the power outlet. If the LED flashes three times, your Morphée is charging perfectly :)

For a full charge, Morphée must remain plugged in for 2 hours.

Warning: if the LED is still red when you unplug your Morphée after 30 minutes of charging, or if your product heats up when plugged in, it is defective and we invite you to send it back to us!

Also try charging your device with a different charging cable, to ensure it's not the cable that's faulty.

Battery Life

Morphée has a battery life of 3.5 hours of listening time. Over time, it's normal for your device's battery to wear down and for the battery life to decrease.

However, if you can only use your device when it's charging, there's a real battery issue. If your device is less than 2 years old, we commit to repairing or replacing it. For this, we invite you to visit the « returns and after-sales service » page and fill out this questionnaire

No sound coming from your Morphée

If no sound comes from your device, try plugging in a pair of headphones and unplugging them several times. If despite this action, the
problem persists, and your device is less than 2 years old, we commit to repairing or replacing it. For this, we invite you to visit the

One of your Morphée's keys is broken

If one of the keys (golden) of your Morphée is broken and you want to repair it yourself, we can send you the necessary spare part along with a tutorial so you can repair it. For this, we invite you to contact customer service through the page « Contact us! » indicating which key is broken, as well as your postal address for sending the spare part.

Are you experiencing another problem with your Morphée and it's not working anymore?

If you think your device is faulty, make sure you've tried charging it with a different cable than the one you usually use.
We recommend consulting all the questions on this Morphée help page.

If your product is indeed faulty, you have a 2-year manufacturer's legal warranty. Therefore, if you purchased your product less
than 2 years ago, we commit to repairing or replacing it with a new one.

After this 2-year period, products are no longer under warranty. We encourage you to consult a repair service to fix your product when
possible or to recycle your product at dedicated collection points.
