A second life for our products
We entrust the customer service management of our products to the association ENVOI Insertion & Handicap, a player in the Social and Solidarity Economy.
ENVOI promotes the employment of people in precarious situations and with disabilities and participates in their professional reintegration.
A double satisfaction: giving a second life to our products and allowing workers to regain financial and social stability.
Once repaired and reconditioned, the products are sent back to customers or donated to associations.
Nothing is lost, everything is transformed
When, despite all our efforts, a product cannot be repaired, it is then dismantled to recover all the parts that are still functional.
For this operation, we collaborate with ENVOI and ESAT La Farigoule, located just minutes from our offices: a solidarity approach to help with the inclusion of people with disabilities.
The unusable elements are then recycled by Ecosystem, a certified eco-organization in the management of electronic equipment waste.
