How to charge Mon Petit Morphée?
To charge your Mon Petit Morphée, use a universal micro-USB cable: either the one provided with the device or one from another device you already have at home. You can plug it into a power adapter or directly into a computer.
When the device is charging, the indicator light turns red. When charging is complete, it turns green.
For a full charge, Mon Petit Morphée needs to stay plugged in for 1.5 hours.
Battery life
Mon Petit Morphée has a battery life of 3 hours of listening time, the indicator light flashes red when the battery is low. Over time, it's normal for your device's battery to wear out and for battery life to decrease.

No sound coming from your Mon Petit Morphée
If no sound comes from your device, first try plugging in and unplugging a pair of headphones several times. If this doesn't work, the problem might be with the SD card. We invite you to unscrew the small cover under the device (the screw is sometimes hidden under a small adhesive pad), then remove the SD card, and visually check that it's in good condition. Put it back in place before closing the cover.

If one of your Mon Petit Morphée keys is broken and you want to repair it yourself, we can send you the necessary spare part along with instructions so you can repair it.
