From the age of 10, children can use Morphée independently. When they are younger, they can do the sessions with their parents, or use My Little Morphée, which we have designed especially for them!

Morphée is used to fall asleep easily and enjoy a deep and restful sleep. Mood is a personal development tool that allows you to benefit from all the virtues of meditation, including developing your concentration, confidence and joy.

Morphée contains meditation and sophrology sessions to deeply soothe yourself at bedtime. Mood only contains meditation sessions. Its content is much richer with 10 themes around the fundamentals of meditation.

Morphée is only used in the evening at bedtime while Mood can be used at any time of the day.

Morphée contains meditation and sophrology sessions of 8 and 20 minutes to deeply soothe yourself at bedtime. While Morphée Zen contains short sessions (5 minutes) to manage your stress in an instant.

Morphée is used in the evening at bedtime while Morphée Zen is used at any time of the day.

There are several solutions available to you:

• You can do the session as a couple using the built-in speaker.
• You can plug in your headphones.
• You can also place Morphée on your mattress, near your pillow, and listen to your session without disturbing the person next to you.

Morphée can be used outdoors because Morphée is portable. Its wooden shell (beech) located under the device also serves as a cover to protect the keys. A battery is also integrated, so Morphée accompanies you on all your trips: when traveling, on public transport, at the hotel

At night, we strongly recommend that you leave it out of your room and in airplane mode. This way, you put all the chances on your side to fully disconnect from your day and benefit from a truly restorative sleep.

Our smartphone keeps us in a state of alert, since it delivers its procession of untimely notifications at all times.
Its simple presence at our side stimulates this state of vigilance. It also creates agitation through the plethora of content that it allows us to consult (social networks, news, text messages, etc.).
Finally, it generates blue light, giving the body the illusion that it is still daytime, which blocks the secretion of melatonin, the sleep hormone.

Morphée contains 210 combinations of sessions by language. Morphée contains 4 languages, it contains more than 800 sessions.
